PHP Membership Managers Custom fields allow you to create up to 50 fields which are stored under a users accounts. You can create custom text, radio, dropdown, checkbox, and textarea fields to store any information you wish .

Custom Field Type	Choose the custom field type. Text box, radio button, drop down, checkbox or text area.
Question / Description	Enter the question for the custom field.
Options / Selections	Enter options for the custom field, separated by the pipe character "|"
Default / Initial Value	Initial text value for the custom field, or selection.
Field Options	User can view field If the user should be able to view this field within the control panel. User can edit field Can the user edit/modify this field within the control panel. Show during registration Should field be present during registration process. Search field in admin Should field be displayed to search within administration program. Search in profiles Should field be available to search within the member profiles listing. Show account in pop-up details Choose to display the field in the pop-up account details when viewing accounts within the administration program. Field is required During registration field must be answered or option selected.
Required Description	If field is required, enter required message to be shown if field is not entered or selected.
