To install PHP Form to e-Mail by use of the .zip archive we offer is quite simple.
Below are screen shots of how this process works:

Once you have downloaded the .zip archive file from your client area double click on the .zip file and extract the files. |

Once the .zip archive file has been opened you will see the PHP Form to e-Mail software files. You now want to extract all the files included in the .zip to a folder on your computer. |

After extracting the PHP Form to e-Mail zip file you should have the following structure (left).
(1) Upload the extracted files, preserving the file / directory structure to the public area of your web site. Example: http://www.your-site.com/forms/ (2) Once you have all the files transfered to your server you will need to set a few file permissions:
** SET FILE PERMISSIONS ***
* 777 / Writable Permissions: /uploads/ |

After setting the permissions above move to the /configs/ folder where you'll set the program configuration in the file config.php file.

Save the /configs/config.php file after entering the settings above.
Now visit the URL of your installation folder + setup folder.
Example: http://www.your-site.com/php_f2e/setup/
You should see a report about the database tables created and populated. At the bottom of the MySQL setup script you will see a link to login to the administration with the default username and password. Username: username Password: password Once you login you will be redirected the program setup options. |
